Referral Program

● Eligibility: This Promotion is open to all, excluding employees of Lazzoni Nederland or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion. ● Referrer purchase should be during 2022 or after. ● Referred friends must make a purchase within 12 months after referrers purchase. ● Referred person cannot create an order with the same address and payment method. ● The Referrer's purchase must have delivered in full to be eligible for a referral. ● The Prize to the referrer: 5% Lazzoni credit of Referral’s purchase. ● The Prize to the referral: Extra 3% in loyalty points to be used in the next purchase with the existing promotion. ● If the participant is part of the trade program (designer), they cannot combine the referrals discount (3%) with their trade discount. ● The referral program credit(store credit) cannot be used towards the trade program. ● Credit value is determined by the purchase amount after discounts (if applicable) and before delivery and tax. ● No discounts can be used towards the store credit. Credit will be used based on retail price. ● The Prize carries no cash value, is non-transferable and may not be substituted by the claimer. No compensation will be payable if the claimer is unable to use the prize as stated. ● Lazzoni Nederland shall have a right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age, and other relevant details of a participant. ● Lazzoni Nederland reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify entries which it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions or any participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running. ● Lazzoni Nederland ’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. ● By entering this Promotion you (the “participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
